This
page is a formal dedication to the original 'Star Child' Kool Kyle Brinson.
A member of the original Furious 7 before they became the Furious 5. He was
originaly signed to ENJOY records (Bobby Robinson)
He later signed with Frills and then Profile. I got a nice collection of his
singles, but I have never found his whole album. I have actually
only heard that it exists, never even seen or heard it. There is also some
Kool footage of him rapping in a movie called 'Downtown 81'
( a very good movie definitely worth seeing.) I called Bobby Robinson one
day, and he told me that he had no Idea where Kool Kyle is,
I called Profile, they had no Idea where he is.

give a round of applause to the whole World Wide Web internet on this one.
'KOOL KYLE' Brinson, The Original 'Star Child' is still in effect yall. It's
good to know the old skool is still alive and doing well. Much to my surprise,
not just doing well, but doing big thangs in HipHop and Hollywood....Look
out for the MVM album coming soon.You gonna have to wait for the full length
interview and dedication page for more on KOOL KYLE. In the meantime, go diggin
in the crates for some KOOL KYLE classics and check out the dope rhymes he
drops in "Downtown '81"

Recently I met a man named Kyle Maynard, and he is extra Kool too, so I thought I would mention him here too. He has a book coming out called no excuses, about his life and growing up with no arms and legs. Basically, this cat is doing more with his life than most peole with all four limbs intact, so I send this Kyle a huge shout out and let the world know this cats name, an inspiration to me for sure.
Well to
further the plot, I am Kool Kyle too/2. I got my name cause I'm Kool and my
earth name is kyle. People started calling me that and it stuck. It also is
a way to distinguish me from all the sucka style Kyle's in the world. I used
the name for a couple albums, and then eventually moved over to the name Inspector
Double Negative.
I also have rapped and/or produced music under these names;

Well if you see me on the streets, You can call me kyle, Kool Kyle, or any
of the other names. I probably wont release too much music under the name
Kool Kyle,
but I did create a record label called Kool Kyle's world of music. this is
a 45" record label. My 12" records are usually released on Suck
My 12" Records. any way.
that's the skinny on the Kool Kyle thing.......If you know the real kool Kyle,
let me know any facts about him, I will post them.
